Return Process:

2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable service
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• For free shipping orders, standard shipping cost ($12.95) may be deducted from your refund
