We are proud to ship our products globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. Please see the details of our shipping methods below:
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: We ship via DHL or FedEx. The shipping fee is $12.95. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.
Our Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories unless they are defective upon arrival:
- Appliances (must be defective)
- As Seen On TV items (if opened)
- Cleaning Products (if opened or used)
- Canning & Freezing Mixes (if opened)
- Food Items
- DEHYDRATORS & ACCESSORIES (must be defective)
- Any product that has been used, installed, or altered from its original state.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Refunds
Timeline: After we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the cost of standard shipping ($12.95) may be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is processed. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference.
