Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
  • Appliances (unless defective upon arrival)
  • As Seen On TV items (opened)
  • Cleaning Products (opened or used)
  • Canning & Freezing Mixes (opened)
  • Food items
  • DEHYDRATORS & ACCESSORIES (unless defective)
  • Any product that has been used, installed, or altered from its original state.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timelines and Methods

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is processed. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the cost of standard shipping ($12.95) may be deducted from your refund.
